Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-sufficient carpenter to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes initiative, communicates well, and delivers top-tier work with minimal supervision. You’ll handle a wide range of residential carpentry tasks from framing and trim work to cabinetry and residential  remodels.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute residential carpentry tasks including framing, drywall, doors, windows, flooring, cabinetry, and trim.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
• Use various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects 
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Accurately track materials used and time spent on each job.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential carpentry experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform demanding work
• Must be self-sufficient and skilled with tools of the trade
  

Laborer

Job Summary:

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking construction labor to assist our experienced carpenters and sub contractors on a variety of home improvement and renovation projects. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, work alongside seasoned pros, and build a long-term career in the trades.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation and clean-up
• Carry materials, load/unload tools and equipment
• Help install framing, insulation, drywall, trim, etc.
• Operate hand tools and power tools (training provided)
• Follow safety guidelines and support skilled tradesmen
  Take direction from lead carpenter and project manager

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and work hard
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks daily
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be respectful, coachable, and ready to grow
• Basic construction knowledge is a plus but not required
